Even though I called to update my…

Even though I called to update my payment information, they didn't do it and charged me because my card didn't go through. I emailed them and they told me to call, but it still didn't work.

Great company to work with

This company provided the option to get life saving care for my pet I wouldn't have been able to get otherwise. So thankful to be able to make payments. Payment plan was explained in detail.

Still Good Companies Out There

VetBilling worked with me so that the passing of our beloved dog did put us in financial hardship. They made it possible for us to mourn our fur baby.

So grateful for Vet Billing

My experience with Vet Billing was outstanding. My Flamepoint Siamese boy was incredibly sick due to multiple health issues. Because of Vet Billing, I was able to get my sweet boy in for one final visit on May 22nd. I had to know that I had exhausted every avenue possible before I had to make the hardest decision ever imaginable. With Vet Billing, I was able to pay in small installments over a 6 month period. Even though my boy was gone the day after my first payment had come due, I felt better knowing I was able to make my final decision armed with the facts that he would not be able to ever recover from his various health issues. I will always be grateful for this service during my time of need. I recommend it to anyone who can't immediately come up with the cost of veterinary services. Thank you, Vet Billing <3
