I hired this company starting in…diciembre/2024
I hired this company starting in December 2024 for website development, domain/hosting, and SEO/SMM services and made multiple payments.
Despite payment, the website was never delivered, and I never received the complete website or the source files. The SEO/SMM services showed no measurable progress, reports, or usable deliverables.
To date, I have received only a partial refund totaling approximately $1,600, issued in installments. The project remains incomplete and unresolved.
When attempting to resolve the issue, I was asked to sign an agreement stating that all services were completed and releasing the company from all responsibility, which did not reflect the reality of the situation. I declined to sign under those terms.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

WARNING
This has been one of the most shocking and infuriating business experiences I’ve ever encountered. I paid over $2,500 for a website that was supposed to be completed in September, and it is now three months late with nothing finished. I’ve been given excuses, delays, and outright misinformation while I ended up doing most of the work myself.
During this disaster, I uncovered major red flags. The identities of the people I communicated with do not match what they claimed. Even the so-called “CEO” they reference is not the actual individual. The inconsistencies are undeniable — and I have every single piece of proof: screenshots, timelines, messages, identity discrepancies, broken promises, and financial records.
Anyone who doubts this is welcome to see the evidence. I am writing this review to warn people, because the good reviews are completely misleading and do not reflect what I experienced.
Because of their behavior, I now have to start over, hire someone new, and spend thousands more to fix a situation that never should have happened. I’ve lost thousands of dollars and months of time due to their incompetence and dishonesty.
I work in the legal field, and let me be very clear: I will be taking legal action. I have more than enough documentation to support every claim I am making here.
To anyone considering hiring this company: Do NOT do it. Protect yourself, your money, and your time. This has been an expensive, exhausting nightmare, and I would not wish this on anyone.

I purchased Wix Premium with the intention of creating my own website. Once I started, I realized I was lost and needed help. I found WDG on Thumbtack and because their price was reasonable, decided to move forward. I'm very happy with my website and feel that they did a great job with the look and feel I conveyed. My only complaint is that the rep who responded to my Thumbtack inquiry said it would take about 1.5 weeks, when it actually took 3. I want to commend Jack, the project manager, for being kind and patient with me when I was frustrated about the time issue.
