I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I paid close to around £5,000 over time based on repeated assurances that my case was progressing and that required work was being completed.

Only toward the end did I discover that several key documents were missing or never properly prepared, despite earlier confirmations that everything was in order. This information should have been disclosed much earlier, not after taking significant payment.

Communication was vague when issues were raised, and accountability was lacking. I now have to spend additional time and money fixing problems that should have been handled correctly from the start.

I would strongly advise others to get everything in writing, verify documents independently, and be extremely cautious before making payments.
