My boss suggested I attend a LeadMailbox webinar after he set up my account. I didn't figure I would learn anything, but you know, the boss "suggested" I attend. So, I did. Emi began the webinar by bringing up her presentation but before she started, she asked how I was using the system. She asked if there was a way they could make the system easier for me to use. I won't bore you with the details, like I bored Emi, but Emi had solutions! Now, this is not to say that the LeadMailbox system is hard to use, but I wasn't getting all I could from it. Emi explained what she would do, had me send over some information & said everything would be set up the following day. Not only was it set up on time, but (just like she said) it streamlined my workflow & simplified my process from several steps down to two clicks.
Working with the new set up has not only streamlined my process but eliminated some anxiety I had doing it the old way. Anyways, many thanks to Emi for delivering on her promise & making my marketing calls much, much easier.

LIKE: Ease if use for the end users.
DISLIKE:
-Reports. Ex; Sent email report only goes back 15 days. Difficult to create your own.
-There is no way to download in one document all email templates (compliance request).
-Cannot freeze the Leads view page, as in an Excel sheet, when viewing 100 contacts at a time (suggestion).
-There are not enough updates/improvements to the interface.

I was recently referred to Lead Mail Box by my website development team for CRM products and services, and I'm glad I made the move. Spencer was fantastic—he got me set up quickly and explained the system in a clear, straightforward way.
During the early testing phase, we ran into a few technical challenges, but their high-level support team stepped in with attentive service and hands-on guidance, especially when it came to building out custom email templates.
Lead Mail Box also helped establish bilateral integration with my LOS and lateral integration with my POS, which was a big win. Although we’re still early in the process, the CRM platform is solid and sets us up for long-term success.
Highly recommend their team and platform for any mortgage professional looking to streamline their workflow and improve client communication.

The support team at Leadmailbox is the best in our industry hands down. I've been a broker for almost 10 years and have had 5+ different CRM's from jungo to bonzo to hubspot to insellerate, and every one of their customer service is not comparable to the leadmailbox team. Their ability to tie into any lead provider is their specialty and also if you need any field name adjusted or any help with ensuring your lead data accurately flows in from the thousands of providers, this company is the best at making that happen. On top of that, their system is easy to use and very functional for any loan officer.
