J'ai acheter un téléphone de Rakuten , je perçois que le téléphone a une tache noir sur le camera , J'ai contacter le vendeur sur le site de Rakuten , il a accepter de me rembourser, le problème c'est que Rakuten ne m'aide pas a obtenir un porte monnaie sur leur site pour que je puisse recevoir mon remboursement je le ai contacter plusieurs fois mais sans aucune solution , j'ai fourni tous les documents nécessaire , j'ai reçu une réponse de leur part le 23 octobre disant que mon porte-monnaie est en cours de validation et depuis aucune réponse , ca fait 3 mois , pourtant ils disent sur leur email , l'ouverture d'un porte monnaie prends 2-3 jours

En ce qui concerne le porte-monnaie, les conditions de ce service ne sont pas déterminées par Rakuten mais par la législation en vigueur, que nous ne pouvons contourner.

i used colisexpat many times the service is great , but there is one thing i want to mention , colisexpat doesnt manage the space correctly , i received a very large box containing only a shoes box inside , the small box was 4 time smaller , but the shipping was expensive because of the big dimensions

My 2nd parcel came from france to my home country morocco , chronopost rabat didnt try one time to deliver me the parcel , i called the girl from the call center she was polite and she gave me the delivery man phone number hes name if i dont forget was
mohammed hes phone ending with 08 , i tried several time to reach him he doesn`t responded to me , i forget to mention all the informations were written correctly in the parcel , and i already have received my first order throw chronopost it was smooth but for he 2nd time it was a big fail , i was forced to bring that parcel from the chrono post agency , mohammed need to be fired as soon as possible he seems like he dont like hes job
