I booked the EESS course for myself and a colleague. The course booking was confirmed straight away by email. But we didn't receive the course joining instructions (which included what literature we needed to take) until late in the day the friday before the course, which left us just the following Monday to try and track down 2 copies of the EESS code of practice and get them delivered to us in time. Also, the email said that lunch would be provided, however, upon attendance, the training centre wasn't aware of this and had nothing in place. To be fair to them, once we had all said that the email stated lunch would be provided, they got it sorted. The course itself was very useful and well taught. The NICEIC admin side of things, pi$$ poor tbh!

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, we are pleased that you found the training useful but understand you frustration with the administration side of booking your course. With reference to the issue with lunch, we would like to reassure you that this was an isolated issue and we are pleased this was rectified quickly. We continue to strive to improve our service, and the points raised will be taken onboard as we move forward
