Reason for this Change

For the last few months anyone who has asked about Free Requests would have gotten the same response from me. Where I started at first turning them down because I was so behind on them; I then only offered them to past clients as thanks.

Most of the stuff I was making was for the most part performing very poorly compared to my own ideas for stuff when they got made (due to my pursuit of page views), of which the instances were minimal due to working on requests. This was often the product of more attractive idea’s already existing, the stuff people looking to have tailor made being less sought after SEO wise (otherwise other artists would have made them). To sum up, a lot of the stuff I accepted were too niche to work in my gallery and it took me too long to make that distinction until I was overwhelmed and trapped in a stagnated state.

This time investment becoming further compounded by the amount of time communication takes in general for a request to be conveyed properly. As well as the general hostility accumulated by producing niche content like I do.

To alleviate this, I’m copying a few other artists and making a suggestion box, where people can leave me suggestions of stuff to draw then if I can make it work I’ll draw it in a way that it can reasonably take the place of something I’de draw anyway ( which was always the intent of accepting requests). In the past I’ve spent a lot of time going back and forth with people (even when OCs aren’t in the mix) to make an idea work, to a detrimental degree or even just being worn down till I accept something I shouldn’t which is how I got overwhelmed even with stricter guidelines.

Suggestion Box #1

In short, I’m not accepting free requests from strangers anymore. Past clients and members of my patreon can still ask for requests just as they could before.
I’ll be maintaining suggestion box’s (Journals you can leave suggestions on as comments) on Eka’s Portal, DevianArt and, Furaffinity. They’ll be checked and replaced with newer ones (old ones won’t be deleted of course) at the same time.

Suggestions here have a decent chance of being illustrated, and when I’m working on new stuff to post to my galleries I’ll check the suggestion boxes first. If you would like to suggest something to illustrate please keep the fallowing 2 things in mind.

-I may alter aspects of a suggestion to make it fit my gallery better. Any instance of this will be done to adapt a suggestion I otherwise wouldn’t illustrate. I draw gore, scat and, extreme content. That’s the kind of artist I am. Asking for specifically soft content show’s unfamiliarity with my art and I may assume you are, like many others I’ve dealt with, just searching for new artists looking for free art.

-No OCs, I may change your suggestion or add to it to make it work in my gallery. Therefore, I won’t be touching OCs as suggestions since doing so would restrict what I could do. Besides that OCs wouldn’t be searched for by the public. (If you would like me to draw an OC, members of my patreon can ask for OC requests and commissions are limit free.)

With those two things in mind, feel free to leave suggestions here, and I’ll mention you in the description so you know it was done, as well as citing what the original suggestion was if I do change it a lot so you don’t need to worry if the illustration takes a turn you don’t like, people will know what you wanted.
