After uploading the backstory for my fursona (Uberus) here, I kept feeling more and more torn and uncomfortable over that origin story. I wanted at some point to make a fursuit (or costume, better said, since he has no fur on him ) and to use the character more to express myself across the furry fandom. But now, I feel a bit queasy to do so when the character is practically soaked in fetish content, which I genuinely don't like.

Don't get me wrong, I will still make more fetish content with my fursona in it, but I don't want it to be the sole focus of the character. I want Uberus to be a reflection of me, a person who isn't just a bunch of furry p□rn in a trench coat. I'll rewrite the backstory at some point, but for now I'll just put the OG one in the scraps folder until I write down something that's a better reflection of what I want Uberus to be from now on.
