Making TOS for my art commissions! [Last Updated 10/28/2025]

General
1. I take cashapp, zelle, and paypal, but if you are using paypal, the buyer has to pay the fee.
2. Edits: I have the right to charge more for edits at any time at my own discretion. Generally I am lenient and I don't mind making edits as long as they are not drastic. for repeatable YCHs I do charge extra to change assets and backgrounds that already exist.
3. Refunds: I don't accept refunds after work has begun on a project
4. cancellation: I have the right to cancel and refund you for any reason.
5. Payment is upfront for all projects below 150$. otherwise, inquire about payment plans.
6. unless otherwise discussed, product is delivered digitally.
7. please respond punctually, I will not cancel your commission, but other projects may take priority in my queue.
8. Commissions are not for commercial use, please inquire if interested.
9. no use for crypto, nft, or blockchain
10. no use with ai, either editing or training
