Help Chobe and her fiance get to A-Kon Dallas!

Alrighty, guys. It's extremely rare for me to ask help from the folks I've met online, but I've been wanting to go to a full-fledged convention for so long, and now I have the chance! A-Kon Dallas '10 is coming in June to the Sheraton in the metroplex and I can't express how much I want to go!
The only problem is... Money. I want to get the membership ASAP so that both myself and my fiance can go this year and not have to worry about the tickets, and save the money we make from work for potential cosplays and other expenses. I plan to try to go as Alyx Vance, from the Half-Life 2 games. Failing that, Integra Hellsing. Then, failing that, my own Katarina Acheron.
So the long and short of it is this: I need $90 or more ASAP, I'm willing to draw to get it, and here's my offer.
$10 USD for a picture like Phoenix: Pyrokinetic or like Blue Raccoon.
$10 for a digitally painted hips-up character portrait, +$2 more for a BG.
These are lineless, and generally take me 4-7 hours. They come highlighted and shaded, and as true to source as possible.

Also, if you know an artist from here that will be attending the A-Kon Dallas Artists' Alley, let me know who they are so I can keep an eye out for them!
