The infinite sadness.

PAX is over. Man, that was the fastest weekend I've ever had. A con ending is the ultimate sadness. Also, weather; get with the program. It's too bright and sunny for this personal gloom.
Things I never got around to doing:
Asking Wil Wheaton what he thought of his webcomic cameos (Something Positive, PS238, et cetera)
Asking the Kane and Lynch guys what they thought of the GameSpy Kane and Lynch debacle.
Getting a picture with Gabe and Tycho.
Getting more of my PC freeplay on.
Seeing the Wil Wheaton Awesome Hour or whatever it was called, but then again, the line would have been fatal anyway.
A Smash Bros Brawl tournament.
So many things!
Some cool highlights though:
Got a picture with Bill Amend on my phone.
Picture with Richard Garfield and Steve Jackson on two separate occasions.
Played some Starcraft 2 and was confounded by Blizzard's backwards stance on LAN gaming. For shame!
Kicked ass as the TF2 Scout. I am a leaf on the wind. Watch as I soar.
Cosplay Quest: Gotta take a picture of 'em all! Phone ran out of memory on the first day, though. There was an excellent Skull Kid Wearing Majora's Mask comic. It even moved like a creepy-as-fuck thing should move.
Got my first taste of Scott Pilgrim vs. The Video Game. I am inspired to try the comics - sorry, GRAPHIC NOVELS - now.
Entered a Tetris Attack tournament. Watched two good matches and several boring matches before getting matched up against "The Puzzle Master" in my first round. Turns out he earned every letter of his name and I got curbstomped. I lasted 00:01:42 in a game where most matches don't last a minute, though. That rocks, I guess.
In everyone's swag bag there was a PAX XP card, and you got it punched by doing stuff. One instance was something about getting in touch with the older generation at the Classic Console Freeplay room. I wasn't sure what this meant, so I started reciting the Mega Man 1 boss order, starting with Gutsman. I got all the way to Iceman when I was informed I just had to do the Konami Code, but I should come back later to impress the husband of the Enforcer I was currently talking to.
Played Rock Band 3(!) freeplay at the stage at the eating area, which is always awesome. I set the game to American Idiot but sang Canadian Idiot. I ended up forgetting some of the words, but they still loved me! :D
That's all I can think of but I'm sure there's something else. I wish I had more money so PAX East would be viable, but it isn't. :(
Here's hoping I have money next year. :)

Other than that, awesome. Congrats with all the awesome stuff you did at PAX. Very fun stuff, and of course, I'm most jealous that you got to play Rockband 3 before me. The other stuff, though, I'm very congratulatory on. Nice job on the Tetris Attack, even with the bullshit pairing. There's some funny tourney brackets for ya. Also, Steve Jackson? Awesome. You should definitely put that photo online... and give me my Munchkin set back
I have your Munchkin set? Whoops. I was not aware of that. I also have your Xbox 360 controller keyboard. I thought Sai would have returned it to you back in June, but it turns out he wasn't aware we had it. Another whoops.
As soon as I figure out how to get pictures off my phone that possibly doesn't involve phone text messages to my email account, I'll be posting 'em online. :P
And bah, I knew it was game_something._ Bit of an error to make; I coulda spent thirty seconds on Wikipedia or TVTropes and gotten it right. D'oh.
I'll be looking forward to your pictures when you get around to them!
