i have to say i don't know what your reffering to so in my confusion here's somthing funny:

to make this moment a bit more realistic you could of had a sign that said 'sorry we're closed'

and i would be like 'its 12:24 AM (east australian time) it would be rediculous for you to be open.'

i'm not going to come by at 10 and say 'hey! i walked by at 12 and you were closed! someone owes me an appoligy!'

but not likely.
