That's possible, but living life does not prevent to think about people we liked either. At least to remember that there are still nice persons out there, something I need to keep it mind to counterweight my horribly pessimistic view on humanity. This is how and why I will always remember him.

Holy shit... I didn't know him personally but he was one of the very first people I ever watched when I first became a furry and joined FA... (late 2010, early 2011 or so)

I guess its one of the really shitty things about getting older... all the people you looked up to and admired start passing away...

I have found that the older I get, the harder it is to have heroes. But somewhere along the way, I became one for others--which is harder still to accept.

That part wasn't easy for me either.

Despite what some folks have told me, I don't feel that I deserve to be considered anyone's hero.
