TERMS OF SERVICE:

By commissioning me, you accept all the following terms

- You must be at least 18 years old (or your country’s legal age, but the minimum will always be 18)

- You may not edit my pictures or sketches unless agreed otherwise. You can, though, crop and resize the pictures for upload or avatar purposes.

- I retain the rights to the finished picture unless agreed otherwise (character copyright belongs to their owner)

- You may not use my pictures with commercial purposes unless agreed otherwise.

- Copyright for the outfits designed belong to me, unless agreed otherwise.

- I might reuse and/or offer to other clients any discarded outfit design unless agreed otherwise.

- You may upload the finished picture anywhere, but you MUST credit me.

- Character price may vary depending on the degree of complexity. Backgrounds also imply an extra fee that varies depending on complexity. The prices on the sheet are estimates.

- I work using references or written descriptions, but I can also design custom characters (designing a character from scratch, as well as designing a custom outfit, implies a fee of the 25% of the total price of the picture)

- I’ll send WIPs regularly when I hit certain milestones on your order. The sketch phase is the most important, as I won’t make any changes in the drawing once the sketch is accepted.

- Full refunds are available only if I cannot deliver your order.

- I don’t offer full refund after the sketch is done. If you don’t want to continue with the picture, you are eligible for a refund minus the price of the sketch (30%). If the sketch is accepted, I don’t offer any refunds.

- Payment in full and upfront in orders lower than 100€. Orders higher than 100€ are eligible for a 50/50 payment, first half at the beginning, second half once the sketch is accepted. I won’t proceed with the picture until both payments are received.

- Payment through PAYPAL invoice and in EUR(€) only

- I will keep the finished picture file for ONE MONTH. After that time has passed, I cannot guarantee that I kept the file, so please make sure to store the file properly.

- I retain the right to accept o reject any commission without further explanation.

- Rush commissions are available only when my ETA is in short or medium range. Rush orders cost a fee of the 50% of the total price of the picture in short range and of 75% in medium range.

- I offer private commissions, those have a fee of the 100% of the total.

- I might draw certain fetishes (ask me first), but if these are themes that I don’t want to have displayed in my gallery, the private commission fee will apply.

-Short: between one week and two.
-Medium: between two weeks and a month
-Long: between one month and two
-Very long: between two months and four.
