Karen's Family can't catch a Break when it comes to Transformation Curses. Even when it's 20 Generations later into the modern age, when the concept of Magic is relegated to nothing but fairy tales. Karen's descendants can find themselves having the worst luck in maintaining their humanity. You think they would be in a hurry to get where they are going, but all those changes use a lot of Energy, and draconic hunger can be a thing, at least Karen's trying to keep her order somewhat reasonable. Green, on the other hand, wants a Dragon-sized meal.
