Holiday return extension
We’re glad Weeday is part of your gifting season. For the holidays, we’re extending our return window. Eligible orders placed November 7 – December 25 can be returned until January 31, 2026. Please check the return instructions below.
(All other orders follow our standard 30-day return policy.)
Standard 30-day return policy
For orders placed outside the holiday extension period, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help process a return within 30 days of receipt.
How to return your product
- To begin the return process, contact us at [email protected] and let us know why this order didn’t work out.
- Once the request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label.
- Please ship the product back within 14 days of approval.
- Upon completion of our quick inspection, we'll initiate your refund.
- A return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund. The deduction amount will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the return shipment.
- If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
Conditions for returns
- We'll happily refund unused items in their original, undamaged packaging.
- All original contents must be included.
- All shipping fees are excluded from the refund.
- Products marked as ‘final purchase’ are not eligible for refunds.
Refund processing time
Refunds may take a maximum of 40 days to complete, depending on the payment method you used.
30-day Warranty
All of our products come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may occur within 30 days from the date of receipt. If your product appears to have a defect, please contact us at [email protected] with a photo or video of the defect that has occurred so we can investigate the issue.
What is a manufacturing defect?
A manufacturing defect is an issue that occurs during production, such as poor airflow, irregular coating, unusual fragility, etc. These defects are covered under our warranty.
Please note that damage caused by mishandling, such as drops, being knocked over, or sudden temperature changes, is not considered a manufacturing defect. However, if your piece broke unusually easily within our 30-day warranty period, we encourage you to reach out. Let us know how it broke along with a photo, and we’ll work together to find a resolution.
Lifetime Service
Even outside of our warranty, we’ve got you covered. If your piece is damaged or you’ve lost a part, we offer a discounted replacement based on how long you’ve had it from the date of delivery of your original order.
From date of delivery:
- Within 2 months – 20% off
- 2–5 months – 15% off
- Beyond 5 months – 5% off
