please hold on merging till we discuss more as it seems like existing code already handles scenarios we targeted enabling with purge. if we leave files behind in purge, we are again back to the situation where customer can not remove ama with all files including persistence store, and they need to perform removal of files manually. |

uninstall()so it keeps the /var/opt/microsoft/azuremonitoragent/ path for logs. Additionally, this simplifies theuninstall()path
