Updating the flake.lock so that yt-x uses the up-to date version of yt-dlp in NixOS or systems managed by nix, this closes #60.
Also updated the installation method for NixOS in the readme that better handles this issue and doesn't depend on having the lock file updated in this repo everytime yt-dlp breaks upstream

Pull Request Overview

This PR updates the flake.lock file and improves the installation instructions for NixOS users, ensuring the correct version of yt-dlp is used without requiring manual updates of the lock file in every upstream change.

  • Updated the flake inputs to include the nixpkgs channel from "nixos/nixpkgs/nixos-unstable".
  • Modified the README installation snippet to better handle the dependency on yt-dlp updates.
