Blastorios

System Engineer with a strong interest for Software Development.

Rewriting my Python code using Rust, and building on the web using Svelte. I love to work on general infrastructure (Clusters, Containerization, Storage, Networking) and biologically oriented research questions that can be solved using a programmatic approach (bioinformatics, specifically immunoinformatics).
