This is a java project built in eclipse Juno IDE Java1.8 However no API's explicitly of Java 1.8 is used. It can run on Java 1.6 and higher.

No extrernal Jars have been used.

Extract the zip file and import the project into eclipse. Go to ->HmmPosTaggerExecutor.java and Run the program The only print statement is to print the error rate.
