🚀 Getting Started

Local Setup (Dev)

git clone https://github.com/JustGoingViral/Pharmaceutical-Digital-Twin.git
cd Pharmaceutical-Digital-Twin
docker-compose up --build

Dev Environments

  • Run backend (FastAPI): uvicorn src.main:app --reload
  • Launch frontend: npm install && npm run dev inside /frontend
  • Run all tests: pytest tests/
