The <br> HTML tag should be removed. Markdown blockquotes automatically handle line breaks when using > prefixes on consecutive lines. Using HTML breaks within a note/warning block is inconsistent with Markdown formatting standards.

This is based on customer escalation (strategic customer Mediterranean Shipping) and requested by CXP ACE team.
