This is related to Issue #6. It is two commits because with the file renaming I was trying to make the changes easy to follow. The commits in the PR can be summarized as:
git mvto correct the filenames. I opted for the later file naming convention in the format "Chapter {x} Exercises.ipynb" for consistency.
