Change made per http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/OpenSCAD_User_Manual/The_OpenSCAD_Language#scale , previously was not working with OpenSCAD-2011.12 on Mac (perhaps others).

Hey, I made a few small changes, perhaps most importantly changing the parameter name for the
scalefromstov. I believe theswas incorrect; in any case it didn't work with my version of OpenSCAD.
