This dataset contains 8,364 European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) judgment documents, with each document’s legal arguments identified and processed for analysis. It is designed to support legal judgment prediction tasks by incorporating not only the factual elements of each case but also the arguments presented by the parties involved.
