Bioinformatics analysis helper scripts in PHP Cli/Web

1. PHP5.3++ (Preferrable)

1. Each helper scripts are standalone in separated folders.
2. PHP script can be triggered in commadline/web browsers. Will update detailed documentation in future. For now, google the way.

1. getTaxonIdByNamelist.php

   Usage: php getTaxonIdByNamelist.php <FILE:Fasta Species Name List>

   Example (included): php getTaxonIdByNamelist.php plantlist.txt
