The cue and toc file names are hard coded, but should follow the settings.
For example, if the artist name is too long, the upper limit of the file name may interfere with the file length and the file creation may fail, and the user can change the setting value at their own risk.
Sorry I'm not familiar with git. My branch got dirty so I redid the pull request.
