I've tested this with a test version of the GitHub app and it works.
Was just gonna update the Changesets deps but it seems like the way the app was being deployed to Vercel isn't how Vercel expects you to deploy things now, I ended up just using an API route with Next.jsn (yes lol, I added a front-end framework just to deploy a webhook 🤦)
I'm going to need to do some stuff in Vercel + the GitHub app config when merging this.
