I have added CMD to -S command to support
set/setxoutput. If not forced with-ait will create the socket in users windows temp folder.I also modified the README with how to create a batchfile which can be added to Windows startup folder.
With this modification it is possible to just start ssh-pageant once and inherit the path to all shells.
I also added a debug target to the Makefile.
