Some of these are more important than others, but I'm not sure whether you'd like them as a string of separate PRs or not. They're all pretty much standalone commits and could be cherry-picked at will.

HSE wasn't actually being turned on, so even though the SW bits were set
to HSE, the SWS bits never switched over, and we continued running from
MSI.

Use the same naming style as the L4 HAL, given that the WB is an L4 with
a radio attached.  This makes it easier to use l4 example code.

I'm still working on your repo as the "upstream" at the moment, right? Things should go from your repo here, and then into stm32-rs eventually? The "goal" is for this to become part of the shared stm32 rust hal crates?
