Hackernoon article: How I Built A Smart Contract That Pays People Automatically

A usecase to implement I have an idea regarding the #AllowanceWallet, I want to apply something similar to a Noble prize, where I want to stake an amount of ~100 USD for exmaple.

Then the smart-contract should send a small portion of the staked reward every year to a public address that I want to make available online to everyone.

By the time (long time after my death) this sent money will start to gain value because of the accumulation of staking gains and Ethereum scarcity (if Etherum stats functional after 200 years) as well as some donations.

What could be better is to randomise the donne of this script or find a way to give this money to some poor people autmaticaaly (I don't know how to do this).
