This PR enables arm64 builds for the snap package.

If you'd like me to enable more architectures, do let me know!

I was wondering about that there was nothing like this platform section before; I guess the default platforms don't build arm64 for linux?

@PietroPasotti Nice, but the snap won't be created and uploaded to snapcraft until a new release is made, right?
