ResNet-50 and MobileNet-v1 MLPerf models migrated to PyTorch.

Using the exact pre-processing stages used in MLPerf, ResNet-50 and MobileNet-v1 achieve top-1 accuracies of 76.456% and 71.676%, respectively.
