Apply `pylint` fixes everywhere (#97)

* modernize pylint settings

* pylinting everything, now scoring 9.9

* removed all comments in .pylintrc

* in helpers, make hedgedoc.logout follow redirection

* in helpers, if  hedgedoc.logout got http/ok assume the session was deleted remotely, delete it locally
