The manual can be built by:
sudo apt-get install virtualenv
virtualenv --python=python3 sphinx-markdown
source sphinx-markdown/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
make html
# open _build/html/index.html(Tested in Ubuntu 16.04)
