- Updated failsafe, surefire, dagger, and environment variables so that ITs run correctly
- change ITs so they run on a ddb docker instance that is started and removed strictly for ITs
- make helper shell scripts for different run configs
- DDB run during app is saved to disk so that it persists between app start/stop.
- Added a shell script that starts/stops docker instances run in conjuction with app.
- Added explanation comments to some of the java classes.
- Added a health check function
- added explanation comments to template.yaml
- switched over to SAM build so that app supports attaching the vs debugger while running.
