This moves the testsuite to
tastyand adds a fewtasty-goldentests against the error messages produced during various failure modes ofCOPY(namely malformed input and unique constraint violations; more suggestions welcome). These errors were taken from a run against PostgreSQL 9.5.See #184 for the original issue.
