Hello, everyone !

This is a great extension, but I found that it doesn't support uCOS-III, so i added an implementation for it. I did a simple test, it works fine now.

And there is the test code (STM32F1 Test Code For uCOS-III 3.08.02):

Thanks for the PR.

Could you update the Changelog and the README? For README, please add yourself as the contributor of uCOS-III. We do this because we cannot support every OS without help from people who really understand the OS internals.

There is one more request. Can you create a Git Repo with a test case? And refer to this repo in the source code. This way, others can duplicate an issue, and if we make a change that affects all OSes, we have something to use.
