Added support for the GetServerInfo feature in the Testkit driver by enabling
'Feature:API:Driver:GetServerInfo'. This allows Testkit to retrieve detailed
server information, including address, protocol version, and agent, via the
GetServerInfo request. This enhancement improves testing and diagnostics by
making server metadata accessible through the driver API.
