[Feature request]: Handle multiple versions of SDFormat #15

Before proceeding, is there an existing issue or discussion for this?
- I have done a search for similar issues and discussions.
Description
This will require a major reworking to how the library is generated. We currently only support generating the parser for one version of the spec. What we would have to do is do a graph based diff in order to parse different versions of spec.
