compare two to three csv dataset from Integrated Proteomics Pipeline

python 3.0 (windows) (Anaconda installation all packages)

compareip2.py is for two files compareip2-3.py is for three files pls follow the readme-compareip2.pdf to perform

if your csv files are not from Integrated Proteomics Pipeline software, you can also run it, but the header of results will not been changed, but the same as the input header. and the result order is exactly same as imput files order.
