Hi there. I added a seed to the Chp 2 notebook and compiled it, as per @MarcoGorelli's recommendation for the PyMC3 jupyter notebook style.
This is a tiny PR to check that I have followed procedures correctly and haven't broken the notebook. Please feedback if there are things I should improve on.
