Added option to launch debugger in separate window. As for me, it is much more handy. It may be because of two monitors, thus I can move debugger window to the other display.
The push request is quite messy. If you like it and if it does not cause any troubles, the code can be simplified by removing option of adding debugger to active window.
Once debugger was launched, it works with the same windows, for editor and debugger. It simplifies a bit situation, when the user have multiple windows.
