feat(docs): contextual buttons to copy page's content for AI

To use this new feature in mintlify (contextual options), you have to upgrade to the new docs.json over the older mint.json.

• Mintlify provides a tool for the conversion (https://mintlify.com/blog/refactoring-mint-json-into-docs-json)
• I added the contextual option (https://mintlify.com/docs/settings#param-contextual)

We could also add styling to remove the text if we want, but may need to upgrade the actual version of mintlify we're using for that.
