I renamed the
.gitkeepfiles to.keepso it's not tied to a specific version control system. I also added a.hgignorefile at the root of the project. The mercurial hg-git project doesn't have support for automatic conversion between.gitignoreand.hgignore, so having both is a compromise, but might add some clutter.Let me know what your thoughts are on this.
