feat(README): add instructions for devbox and zig version

This commit adds instructions on how to use devbox for managing
dependencies and build environments. It also mentions the current
working zig version (0.11.0) and the ongoing effort to update to
zig 0.12.0. Additionally, it provides a command to run the demo
using devbox.
