Prefix Hyper-V commands with 'Hyper-V\'

Helps in cases where Powershell Modules with conflicting names are
installed.

Issue brought up by @shouah in:
cloudfoundry-attic#111

Be explicit about the stack tested in CATS

Make linux work as normal user that escalates to root

- Run servicew commands with sudo access
- Retrieve dynamic IP address with sudo access
- SudoShell -> Sudo
