Update to address security vulnerability
When an input variable input is missing, Terraform prompts for input. Using `-input=false` will disable this behavior and will crash the build instead of blocking forever (until it timeouts).
With v5, `github.issues.createComment` has been removed in favor of `github.rest.issues.createComment` See https://github.com/actions/github-script#breaking-changes-in-v5
