The Ruby LSP is migrating to not depend on
sorbet-runtime. One accidental side effect that we didn't consider is that moving generic annotations to comments will make theself.[]method no longer exist, which makes the RSpec add-on crash.This PR migrates the codebase to use RBS in comments annotations, so that the crash no longer happens and the add-on doesn't depend on
sorbet-runtimefeatures anymore.
