Built from https://github.com/caddyserver/caddy master branch, in anticipation of 1.0.5 final being released.

Patched a pull-request for caddy-prometheus to resolve alpn http/1.1 downgrade (Portainer console access now works!)

Re-base Dockerfiles to https://github.com/caddyserver/caddy as https://github.com/mholt/caddy now redirects there.

Move caddy 1.0.0 back to a scratch final image. UPX compression has been removed from the build, raising the container image size to ~36MB.

This release moves to Caddy v1.0.0. The final image is now a slightly larger (18MB) alpine-3.9.3 image, rather than from "scratch".
